Say goodbye to timezone drama with Calendly

I have a little secret.

I’m great at analysing data and spotting patterns.

But…. I can’t calculate timezones in my head to save my life. Which is a useful skill when you work with clients from 10+ countries and timezones.

Enter: Calendly.

Calendly is an easy scheduling tool

Through a simple link, other people can book a time to speak with you that works for everyone.

This happens by first connecting your calendar to Calendly, then selecting your meeting availability. People then see the “available slots” displayed in their own timezone.

It’s like magic.

Calendly is perfect for solopreneurs and experienced entrepreneurs alike.

Examples of use cases include:

  • Allowing people to book a free 20 min consultation (what I use it for)
  • Making it easy for potential customers to book a 30-min showroom appointment (what Esme Parish Silver does)
  • Running a psychotherapy practice with 3 full-time therapists and no admin staff
  • Selling a paid consultation

Calendly is great because it integrates with not just your calendar, but also Zapier which opens up hundreds of possibilities! For example, this allows the psychoterapy practice to automatically create invoices for appointments. Clever, huh?!

The free version of Calendly is perfect if you just want to test it out and have 1 type of meeting.

If instead you want to have multiple types of appointments, across venues, and get paid for it… it’s worth upgrading to the professional plan. Click here to start a free trial, and let me know how you like it!
